Job Description

Location: Indore(On-site)
Experience: 2+ years 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 200-250 outbound calls per day to generate leads and build relationships with international clients.

  • Identify and target potential customers in international markets.

  • Engage in cold calling to initiate sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.

  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate products or services.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in global markets.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and cold calling, preferably in international markets.

  • Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking ability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
