We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Analyst to join our Environmental Commodities division based at our India Office Gurgaon, Haryana. This role is tailor-made for a recent graduate with substantial international exposure who is eager to delve into qualitative research and strategic market analysis. In this position, you will work closely with our Head Trader in Rotterdam, playing a key role in shaping strategies and witnessing firsthand how innovative ideas evolve into commercial successes. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
This position requires 100% in-office presence Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Qualitative Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities in environmental commodities.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate directly with the Division Head to develop actionable strategies that turn innovative ideas into commercial ventures.
- Market Monitoring: Keep abreast of global market trends, regulatory changes, and international developments impacting the environmental commodities landscape.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that offer insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside senior management and various teams to support overall strategic initiatives across the division.
Requirements
- Education: University degree or higher; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- International Exposure: Demonstrated international (abroad) experience through study or work.
- Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for qualitative research and critical thinking with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; native fluency in English (both written and oral).
- Mindset: A self-starter with a keen interest in learning and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
