TCS Hiring Role: BMC HelixExp: 4-8 YearsLocation: BangaloreJD[Primary Skills]:BMC Helix ITSM Administration & DevelopmentBMC Helix Innovation StudioDWPACMDBIntegrationHelix Dashboard [Good to have Skills]:SQL Experience [Responsibilities and Duties]:Must have 8+ years of experience in development, implementation, and sustained support of the BMC Helix components like ITSM, Smart IT, Innovation Studio and writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters, and EscalationsSolid understanding of ITSM processes and Integration techniques.Strong Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release managementProvide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges.Provide on-going technical assistance, handling incident tickets on a priority basis, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrationsDevelop and implement new functionality determined necessary to support ITIL processes.Smart IT knowledge & experienceMust be able to troubleshoot application logs (SQL, API, Filter, Active Links etc.) and provide solutions.Preventative maintenance, such as performance tuning, archiving.Should understand Helix architecture.Strong knowledge of Foundation DataStrong Hands on Experience on Architecture, Design & Implementation, Development & Customization, Integration & Automations, Innovation Studio, Discovery, Smart IT, DWPC Advanced, Helix Dashboard & DWPC connectors
