About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead and oversee our innovative auto-venture building platform and technology initiatives. This is a full-time, executive role designed for a strategic leader who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive growth, optimize operations, and shape the future of our investment and venture-building ecosystem.

As Head of Technology, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced tech solutions, managing technical teams, and collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and business leaders. Your expertise will help us scale our platform, enhance our AI-driven AutoVentureBuilder, and support impactful ESG-driven investments that empower marginalized communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of our AutoVentureBuilder platform and other core technologies.
  • Drive innovation through AI and emerging tech to improve platform performance and scalability.
  • Build and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business units, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives with technical expertise.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
