Avenir 3D is a leading 3D animation and rendering studio specializing in real estate visualization, architectural walkthroughs and immersive experiences. We're seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, streamline operations and help drive our next phase of growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, supporting executive tasks, and offering general administrative assistance. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel
- Draft, edit and format presentations, reports and correspondence
- Serve as primary liaison with clients, vendors and internal teams
- Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely follow‑up on action items
- Assist with project coordination, research and data collection
- Oversee office administration, including budgeting, procurement and vendor management
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience (creative/tech environment preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite and project‑management tools
- High level of integrity, initiative and attention to detail
Budget
Our budget for this job is in between Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 4,80,000 per annum
