Gupta Rustagi & Aggarwal is a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm providing services in Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Compliance, Risk Advisory, and Virtual CFO services. We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support one of our partners.
We are building a new team for a new branch office.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to Partner at GRA & Associates, located in Pitampura, Delhi, India, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive support to the Partner, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and handling communication.
Additional administrative assistance duties will include maintaining records, assist in processing Payroll, drafting correspondence, and supporting various projects as needed.
• AI compatible and willing to explore & learn to improve processes
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong skills and eagerness to learn are welcome)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting/tax software will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and professional email drafting ability
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Professional attitude with commitment to confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Partner in daily work management and follow-ups
• Manage the Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients and team members
• Draft and manage professional emails, letters, and presentations
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and confidential documents
• Support in preparation of audit reports, tax filings, and client deliverables
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain work trackers

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in providing Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree not a must, rather equivalent experience is preferred. Even a fresher who is willing to bring latest tech and ideas are welcome
- Someone who is open to exploring new tech especially AI to enhance their productivity and teams as a whole.
