Anjali Bhimrajka Fine Jewels (ABFJ) seeks a skilled Executive Assistant / Secretary for Ms. Anjali Bhimrajka. Candidates need 3-5 years of experience, strong communication and management skills, discipline, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
Mumbai-based applicants preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Ms. Anjali Bhimrajka's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and organize events, client meetings, and internal team activities.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Act as a point of contact between Ms. Bhimrajka and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a disciplined approach to tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Mumbai-based candidates with local knowledge and availability to work on-site are preferred. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
