About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing leads, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales team in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and preparing quotations or proposals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns including emailers, digital posts, and event promotions.
  • Help organize exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain CRM database and ensure timely logging of customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with design and content team to develop product brochures, banners, and videos.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends and prepare basic reports.
  • Assist in creating presentations and product documentation for customer meetings.
  • Support in branding initiatives and marketing collateral distribution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business; MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years In Sales Support & Marketing (preferably in solar, electronics, or renewable energy sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with English & Hindi & Regional .
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
