Roles:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers to generate patient referrals, promote specialized women's cancer care, and regularly update the referral database through scheduled visits.

2. Lead and participate in cancer awareness drives and outreach programs, engaging with RWAs, institutions, and corporates while distributing educational materials and hospital brochures in key areas.

3. Manage and follow up on leads from field sources to drive conversions, digital and walkin, coordinating with patient support and front desk teams for a seamless patient experience.

4. Assist in social media promotions, marketing collaborations, content distribution, campaign execution (email, WhatsApp, SMS), and gathering patient testimonials and feedback for marketing, as guided by the HOD.

5. Collect feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and patient expectations; prepare weekly reports on field activity, lead status, and referral engagements; and share insights to support the Organisation's strategic decisions.
