Job Title: Key Account Manager - SI Business

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. The KAM will act as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. The role involves strategic planning, sales, and customer service to drive business growth and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports on account status and performance.
  • New Business clients Identification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in System integration industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT Landscape and technologies used will be preferred.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in english.
  • proficient in MS word/ excel / Power point.
  • Able to prepare techno commercial proposal.
