About UsWe are a premium interior design studio specializing in timeless, high-quality spaces and turnkey execution. Our founders are hands-on with every client, and we're now looking for a Pre-Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
What You'll Do- Be the first point of contact for new inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Qualify leads by collecting key details – location, scope, budget, timeline
- Share introductory company information and set up meetings for the founders
- Follow up with prospects on pending details and responses (without closing/selling)
- Keep our CRM / lead tracker updated and share a weekly pipeline report
- Coordinate with the internal team so that meetings and proposals run smoothly
- Great communicator – polite, professional, and confident (spoken & written English is essential)
- Extremely organized and reliable – follow-up is second nature to you
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM tools
- Background in hospitality, client service, sales coordination, or front-office is a plus
- Familiarity with interiors/architecture is welcome but not mandatory
- Work closely with passionate founders and learn how premium interior projects are run
- Be part of a small, creative, fast-growing team where your role truly matters
