Who are we looking for:Role: Account Management (Senior Specialist)Qualification: B.Tech, MTech, BCA, MCAExperience: 5- 8yearsMandatory Skills: - Proven experience in account management with a minimum of 5+ years in Account Management. - Strong understanding of IT industry and market dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.Roles and Responsibilities:● Cultivate trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.● Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.● Continuously propose solutions to enhance relationships with existing customers and meettheir objectives.● Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients.● Execute account mining strategies to increase current revenue streams.● Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.● Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.● Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.● Contribute significantly to generating new sales and building long-lasting relationships.● Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders usingkey account metrics.● Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.● Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
