Key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, and healthcare professionals regarding product information and guidelines, availability and usage
  • Manage queries and complaints
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, schedule appointments with the sales team and provide information as required
  • Understand and explain key information (clinical and non-clinical) such as application and tracking the monitor
  • Assist customers with placing orders and navigating online platforms
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in languages required – e.g., English, Hindi/Marathi/other regional language as you would need to connect with people speaking diverse languages across India
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
  • Experience handling medical queries
  • Multi-tasking ability in a high-volume support environment
  • Pharma/Nutrition background is a plus
