The Head of Business Management will be responsible for overseeing various business operations, managing the team, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling financial tasks. The role requires analytical skills to assess current operations and develop strategies for improvement. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, analyzing financial reports, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring that guests receive top-tier service.
