Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development - Generate leads and manage partnerships for NAPS/NATS, B.Voc, D.Voc, ITI, and work-integrated programs - Conduct industry research to identify new partnership opportunities - Build strategic relationships with HR heads and key decision-makers - Manage sales pipeline and perform client visits to drive expansion 2. Business Management - Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets - Identify new business opportunities in staffing and workforce management - Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure service excellence - Analyze market trends and maintain competitive positioning 3. Operational Excellence - Oversee daily operations across staffing, outsourcing, and deployment projects - Supervise field teams and maintain coordination with plant/unit HR heads - Implement process improvements to boost productivity and service quality - Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements 4. Team Leadership - Lead and manage executives, supervisors, and field staff - Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration - Conduct performance reviews and facilitate employee development 5. Compliance and Reporting - Ensure regulatory compliance across all service verticals - Prepare reports and dashboards on operations, revenue, and client engagement for senior management 6. Operational Coordination & Payroll Automation Support - Coordinate with central ops team for seamless payroll execution - Monitor and support field operations and automation processes
