Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and attend outbound as well as incoming call from potential clients
  • Provide details about properties and pricing
  • Schedule meetings and site visits
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Follow up to nurture leads
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Sales-oriented with persuasive abilities
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
