We're Hiring: Live / End-to-End Underwriter

Are you an experienced Underwriter looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for a professional with 3.5+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Pune (UK Shift).

Role: Underwriter (Live / End-to-End)

Experience: 3.5+ years (relevant underwriting experience)

CTC: Up to ₹ 6 LPA

Location: Pune (UK Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Live Underwriting with complete end-to-end case ownership.
  • Evaluate borrower profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.
  • Conduct a detailed Credit Report Review for accurate risk assessment.
  • Work on both UK Mortgage and US Mortgage underwriting, including:
  • Income Calculation (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio assessment.
  • Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio evaluation.
  • Asset Calculation and PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance) review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3.5 years of underwriting experience (Live / End-to-End).
  • Experience in the UK Mortgage process or the US Mortgage underwriting – both will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Report Review, DTI, LTV, PITI, Income & Asset calculations.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a UK Shift environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
