Who We're Looking For

We need an early-career, digital-native project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, embraces constant change, and uses tech to make work faster and smarter.

If you've never used ChatGPT or built a process in a no-code tool, stop reading now.

If you're a corporate PM who lives by Gantt charts from 1998, also stop reading.

We want someone who:

• Has 2–5 years' experience managing technology-focused projects — not coding, but keeping teams aligned and projects moving.
• Keeps teams organized, stakeholders focused, and deadlines met without drowning in bureaucracy.
• Can hold even senior stakeholders accountable to agreed workflows.
• Is curious, creative, and willing to trade corporate stability for a role where your work changes the company's trajectory.

The Role

As our Technical Project Manager for AI-First Transformation, you will:

• Drive both internal automation projects and client implementations from kickoff to completion.
• Work closely with our Automation Architect to turn strategy into actionable sprints, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Be the process enforcer — making sure everyone follows the playbook and meets milestones.
• Keep communication flowing between engineers, leadership, clients, and vendors.

What You've Done

• Managed projects in SaaS, CPaaS, AI, automation, or similar tech-enabled industries.
• Used automation/workflow tools (Zoho Flow, Zapier, n8n, or similar) to connect systems and improve processes — no coding required.
• Organized and run Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and milestone tracking without turning them into time-wasting rituals.
• Created clear documentation, checklists, and QA/UAT sign-off steps to ensure launches actually work — and enforced their use.
• (Bonus) Led client workshops or trainings that helped non-technical users adopt new tools or processes.

We're also streamlining our tool stack — part of your role will be helping decide what stays and what goes.

This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary for the Indian market, plus performance-based bonuses.
