Next, we'll package that expertise into a professional services practice, helping clients automate and embed AI across their operations.

The Role

Strong English communication is a must. You must present confidently and write clearly to both executives and clients.

As our Technical Project Manager for AI-First Transformation, you will:

• Keep our internal automation roadmap on track and manage client implementation projects end to end.
• Serve as the "process enforcer," making sure everyone—from junior engineers to senior leaders—follows defined workflows and hits milestones.
• Collaborate closely with our Automation Architect to translate strategy into actionable sprints, deliverables, and outcomes.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in technical project management within B2B SaaS, CPaaS, or similar environments
• A process enforcer: comfortable holding everyone, including senior stakeholders, to agreed workflows
• Excellent communicator: fluency in written and spoken English; skilled at presentations and status updates
• Tech-savvy: able to read API docs, understand webhooks, and discuss code snippets with engineers
• Automation curious: experience using workflow tools (Zoho Flow, Zapier, n8n, or equivalents) to streamline processes
• Detail-obsessed: meticulous with checklists, risk logs, test plans, and QA/UAT procedures
• Collaborative: knows when to push back, coach, and rally teams to achieve goals

Core Skills

• Project Management: roadmaps, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, milestone tracking
• Process Enforcement: documenting workflows, enforcing naming conventions, and driving adoption
• Stakeholder Management: risk escalation, scope negotiation, and executive reporting
• Quality & Change Management: QA/UAT processes, release management, and performance tracking

AI & Automation Expertise

• LLM Proficiency (required): hands-on experience with ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, or similar for automation or content generation
• Workflow Orchestration (bonus): familiarity with Zoho Flow, Zapier, n8n, or Zoho Orchestration
• Code Literacy (bonus): comfort reviewing Python, JavaScript, or similar snippets and guiding engineers

Familiarity with Tools

We work day-to-day in Zoho Projects, Slack, and Notion, but value expertise in any leading platforms. Examples include:

• Project Management: Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello
• Documentation & Collaboration: Notion, Confluence, Google Docs
• Spreadsheets & Databases: Google Sheets, Airtable, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Creator
• Communication: Slack
• Sales & Data: Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, Salesforce, HubSpot

Bonus Points

• Prior experience with Zoho One
• Led client workshops or training sessions
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools (Zoho Orchestration, Prefect)
