About the Role

We are looking for a AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and development of cutting-edge, scalable, and resilient cloud-native systems. In this high-impact role, you will help define the technical roadmap, build core platforms, and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise-scale solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead the technical execution of strategic initiatives from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Architect, build, and scale cloud-native platforms and backend systems.

·      Lead end-to-end development and deployment of high-performance, distributed applications.

·      Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable APIs and microservices.

·      Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models and Generative AI components into production systems.

·      Drive DevOps best practices, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), and CI/CD processes.

·      Act as a technical mentor and guide for engineering teams, promoting best practices in design, code quality, and architecture.

·      Solve complex production issues, including debugging and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).

·      Proficient in Python (preferred) or any modern object-oriented language.

·      Strong expertise in designing and building APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems.

·      Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.

·      Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

·      Experience working with Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Transformer-based models in production environments.

·      Excellent problem-solving, system design, and debugging skills.

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Exposure to React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.

·      Contributions to open-source AI or cloud-native projects.

·      Experience working in a startup or high-growth product company.
