About the role:

The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, managing project teams, defining scope, creating timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.

The Technical Project Manager will also act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage product and software engineering projects with extensive experience.
• Connect with customers, empathize with their needs, translate requirements, and engage for clarity.
  • Establish a strong engineering team based on respect, empathy, and exceptional practices such as
    • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions.
    • Seek diverse solutions and question status quo while respecting opinions.
    • Partner with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to customers.
    • Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles.
    • Experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different businesses.
    • Ability to stitch complete workflows to accelerate business growth.
    • Strong programming background in Node JS, Java, Python, React.js, or Angular.
    • Experience in cloud architecture and technology.
    • In-depth experience with Application/front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, or data ingestion to dashboards.
    • Anchoring engineering teams to resolve issues and make engineers unstuck.
    • Strong foundation in agile ways of working.

On your first day, we expect:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
• Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
• Experience working with technical teams, system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms, databases, and APIs.
• Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Familiarity with development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker).

• PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience in building/generic AI products.
