Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Administrator / Contract
Job Summary
Manages and optimizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring smooth campaign execution, data integration, automation, and user support. Collaborates across teams, troubleshoots issues, and drives platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• Cooperates with Client marketing managers on daily basis
• Build & configure Customer Journeys
• Build lead generation forms, surveys.
• Setting up content
• Build cloud pages/forms and scripting
• Execute campaigns
• Provides constant consultations and trainings for campaign managers
• Has close contacts with CRM owners to understand the data
• Creates Segments in Data Cloud
• Responsible for assisting the adoption of the platforms
Required Skills & Competencies:
• 5+ years of experience as SF Marketing Cloud Consultant
• SF Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified
• At least 2 other SF certs
• The team is based in India, so an India-based consultant (working in IST) is preferred.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Until Dec.
Location: India (fully remote)
