Job Title

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
  • Develop sales system architectures that enhance data flow and user experience.
  • Manage sales tools and platforms as primary administrator.
  • Lead projects related to system integration including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for sales tools, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or discrepancies.
