Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Front Desk
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5–6 years
Budget: ₹6–7 LPA (Max)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Support HR and Admin activities, including calendar management and coordination.
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
