Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hotel operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple facets of operations, including front office, housekeeping, human resource management, F&B, guest experience, R&M & engineering, security & safety, and more.
  • Maintain attention to detail on various parameters such as infrastructure, services, staff, operations, and quality standards.
  • Handle and resolve escalations and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure P&L and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service quality.
  • Motivate, mentor, and align staff members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree or diploma in hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and more.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Flexible to relocate anywhere in southern India.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
