Role and Responsibilities:

I. Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Identify and pursue high-value deals and strategic partnerships.

II. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions.

- Proactively address client concerns and feedback.

III. Team Management:

- Oversee and manage a cross-functional team, including sales, operations, and HR.

- Set clear performance expectations and goals for each team member.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

IV. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for business unit growth.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

- Make data-driven decisions to position the organization for long-term success.

V. Product Partnership:

- Manage existing product partnerships and drive new ones.

VI. Financial Oversight:

- Manage the budget for the business unit and ensure financial targets are met.

- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective measures.

Qualifications:

- Over 12+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 9+ years in the Ed-Tech sector. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in the IT training industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the IT training industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing business environments.
