As the Business Head for Company's Delhi NCR division, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall business strategy, growth, and operations in the region. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success by effectively managing teams, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Goals :

- Achieve a top line of INR 100 crore in three years with a distribution of 100 COMPANY centres across India Testprep Products.

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through innovative strategies and market analysis.

- Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting company yearly goals and expectations.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and staff.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence within the team.

- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Business Development:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, partners, and industry influencers.

- Identify potential business partnerships, collaborations, and expansion opportunities.

- Implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.

Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage the budget for the Delhi/NCR division, ensuring financial targets are met including Billings, collections and EBIDTA.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.

- Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Academics and Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of coaching services and programs.

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to enhance the overall student experience.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven track record of at least years in leadership roles, preferably in the education or test preparation industry

- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive teams to achieve ambitious targets.

- In-depth knowledge of the Delhi/NCR educational landscape and competitive environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
