Job Summary:

The Growth Manager will play a key role in driving the adoption, usage, and retention of the for Business companion app among our onboarded merchant base. This individual will work closely with the marketing, product, and merchant support teams to develop and execute strategies that foster app engagement and leverage the same to drive merchant retention, reactivation as well as cross-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase adoption, usage, and retention of the for Business app among merchants

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance app features and user experience based on customer feedback and data analysis

- Work with the Marketing and CRM team to create engaging campaigns that drive app growth and retention

- Monitor and analyze digital channel metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

- Use digital channels, primarily for Business app to retain merchants in merchant network, reactivate dormant merchants and cross-sell products/ services

- Contribute to new initiatives, including but not limited to loyalty programs, building digital activation playbook, product feedback loops, and personalized marketing campaigns

- Stay updated on the latest growth marketing, best practices and willingness to incorporate learnings through test and learn framework

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives in terms of merchant retained, cross-sales targets which are directly linked to overall organization revenue

Qualifications:

- Master;s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an Tier-I institution or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related analytical field of study from a Tier-I institute institution

- 4-7 years of experience in a growth marketing, category management or U&R role, preferably with exposure to digital channels especially internal applications

- Experience in managing and driving business results using CRM, own-base digital campaigns and or product-led growth initiatives

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

- Understanding of basic product/ engineering processes, marketing automation and CRM processes is a strong advantage
