What you will do
As part of SAP Product Support, you will be working on supporting our customers who are using SAP S4HANA Procurement module (SAP S4HANA Private Cloud Edition & OP releases). Primarily, you would be handling their issues related to logistics, inventory management, invoice verification, purchasing, and their configurations with many more tasks as below:
• Analyze and resolve customer issues
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for customer problems
• Provide direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System
(ABAP debugging, Fiori analysis, verifying of complex customizing)
• Work effectively with colleagues and customers from all around the world
• Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for corrective action
• Extend the internal and external Knowledge Base
• Act as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution and capture customer feedback to influence process/product improvements.
What You’ll bring
• Experience in Logistics, MM / SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement
• Experience with SAP ERP Systems
• ABAP Programming skills
• Experience in cloud computing is a plus
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities. Enjoys and thrives on performing multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
• Knowledge of logistics and production processes is an advantage
• Strong ability to capture a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues
• Ability to successfully troubleshoot and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to listen to and work with customers in real-time to resolve issues
• Can do attitude and team player
