Solutions Engineering

 

THE TEAM:

 

The Revenue Department is critical to Enfusion's overall growth. Spread across five verticals, including Operations, New Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships, Enfusion Revenue is instrumental in broadening our existing footprint by delivering on strategic business initiatives.

 

THE ROLE:

 

The Solutions Engineer plays a key role in the pre-sales cycle, providing functional, operational, and technical support to prospective clients. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive new business and achieve revenue goals. By understanding client requirements and pain points, you will demonstrate how Enfusion's Platform (SaaS and Managed Services) can address their needs.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 

  • Assist the Solutions Engineering team regionally in responding to inquiries, creating sample reports for demonstrations and responding to RFP’s.
  • Serve as a liaison between Solutions Engineering and Product teams, addressing prospect inquiries and communicating new product releases.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team to facilitate smooth hand-offs, gather interface requirements, and confirm support.
  • Standardize Solutions Engineering documentation and assist in maintaining the CRM system.
  • Help maintain Confluence pages (Company Wide Documents), including prospect notes and templates.
  • Manage the Sales Demonstration Environment used for demos, ensuring accurate fund balances and updating settings as new releases occur.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to collaborate and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Knowledge of buy-side fintech technology applications and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of different asset classes and workflows.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Superior attention to detail.

 

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience integrating with third parties and partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and JavaScript.
