Assignment description

The Solution Engineer will have a key role in the governance and management of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric and the Microsoft Viva platform, along with the products within these suites. This role encompasses the translation of stakeholder needs into technical specifications, the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions tailored to the assigned scope of technology. It also involves creating and maintaining technical documentation to support the solutions' lifecycle. The Solution Engineer will suggest new functionalities and efficiency improvements to optimize platform performance and provide essential support to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.


Skill requirements

A strong candidate for the Solution Engineer position will have a profound understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric and the Microsoft Viva platform and the products within these suites and the ability to assist in this area effectively. Critical skills include advanced analytical capabilities to comprehend and address stakeholder requirements, technical proficiency in developing and implementing robust solutions, and adeptness in maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. The role demands continuous innovation and the proposal of functional and efficiency enhancements. Moreover, the individual must possess the agility to support a variety of operational needs, ensuring the seamless functionality of the technology platforms and applications within the organization's ecosystem.


Background and experience:

Technical expertise, especially in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric, Viva and related technologies.


Deep knowledge and experience of working in Microsoft 365 admin portals and tools.

Communicative verbally and in written.

This individual must demonstrate self-leadership, taking initiative and responsibility in their tasks. Analytical skills are essential for addressing complex challenges effectively. The candidate should be enthusiastic about automation and low-code solutions, demonstrate strategic thinking, and always consider the end-user's perspective. Being technically adept and a proactive problem solver is fundamental to the role.
