Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Strategy and Plan to achieve sales target in Kanpur.
Target setting & monitoring.
Managing and motivating sales team.
Providing Product and sales training to sales team.
Plan and implement sales promotion activities.
Market intelligence and suggesting corrective actions.
Appointment of Dealers / Dealers in Kanpur ( U.P.).
Depot operations including stock management.
