Job Title:- Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Branding:
- Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy to position [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that showcase our company culture, values, and opportunities.
- Monitor and manage the company's online presence on job boards, social media, and professional networks to ensure a positive employer brand.
2. Talent Market Mapping:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the talent market to identify industry trends, emerging skill sets, and competitor insights.
- Utilize market data to inform talent acquisition strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Create and maintain talent pools, pipelines, and market maps for proactive recruitment.
3. Talent Hunting:
- Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to tap into for potential candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and hidden talents.
4. Relationship Mapping:
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of engagement and communication.
5. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on talent acquisition metrics and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role within the startup industry
- Strong understanding of employer branding, market mapping, and talent sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
