Purpose

Leading commercial team to implement and fulfil sales targets for counrties in line with business startegy by actively developing/managing customers and our own team plus engaging relevant functions as well as ensuring full compliance with CoD and HSE principles.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Works out sales planning annually and implements effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Manages customers and develops prospects and opportunities to pursue good customer relations and satisfaction in order to maximize the sales performance.  
  • Manages and develops the sales team and its capability plus also engaging relevant functions enabling to develop teamwork spirits and winning culture.
  • Engages in regional business planning by providing good quality of market intelligence and customer information plus views for business developments.
  • Ensures all compliance with corporate CoD and HSE policies.
  • Be responsible directly for payment collections and forecast accuracy.
  • Be jointly responsible for inventory management and Slob reductions.
  • Reports timely on market and customer dynamics and any other business related information.
  • Adopts higher level of thinking and mindsets so as to engage actively in any of discussions and decision making at regional level. 

Job Requirements

  • Min. full-time of university graduation with major in preferably chemistry or engineering
  • Min. 7 years working experience in B2B industry and preferably in coatings business
  • Team managing experience is advantage
  • Sales planning ability with sound analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and independent as well as pressure withstanding
  • No major issues or concerns to travel often
