Head - Communication & Partnership


Brief Job Description:

Communication:

- To lead the communication strategy of Organization

- To develop, implement and evaluate the annual communication plan for the Organization's (multi) stakeholder audiences in collaboration with Corporate Communication Team Organization

- To ensure timely delivery / update of stories / campaigns / publications.

- To coordinate with various program verticals for regular updating of content on all platforms.

- To support digital fundraising with engaging stories and content.

- To lead and manage Organizational events (Internal awards etc.)

- To build network with media houses and agencies.

Partnerships:

- To track and measure the level of engagement within, with Donors and among other Corporates.

- To develop, implement, and evaluate the donor management plan

- To pro-actively establish relationship with CSR organizations and other strategic tie-ups and explore emerging partnership opportunities

- To align and ensure pipeline of information between team and Finance department for timely disbursal of funds utilization reports as well as school/activity allocation to respective donors

Marketing - TheTeacherApp

- This role would be also responsible for content marketing for TheTeacherApp, analyzing the usage patterns and other analytics and accordingly strategizing the launches across various social media and advertisement platforms.

- The role will also lead the offline product sponsorship, marketing events and product integrations

Experience: 15-20 Years of relevant experience in communications and partnership development (at least 5-8 years in development sector)

Education: Post Graduate (English/Mass Communication/MBA)
