Job functions : Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Department : People Operations

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll:

- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to evaluate the competitiveness and effectiveness of our compensation and benefits policies and practices

- Develop and update salary structures, pay ranges and incentive schemes based on internal and external data and best practices

- Support the annual salary review and bonus process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pay and rewards to employees

- Administer and communicate various benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, etc.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits in India

- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits related matters

- Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, and propose improvements and enhancements as needed

- Maintain and update compensation and benefits data and records in HR systems and databases

- Prepare and present reports and analysis on compensation and benefits trends, issues and recommendations.

- Degree in human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field

- Minimum 7-10 years' experience within compensation and benefits in an international company

- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, benchmarking practices and trends in India and globally

- Knowledge within local & International taxation of salaries and labour laws.

- Experience with Mercer methodology, especially IPE, and handling Compensation and Benefits data

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and HR systems and tools

- Good verbal and written communication.
