JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deal Desk Management:
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to manage and optimize the deal approval process
- Review and approve pricing, discounts, and deal structures to ensure compliance with company policies and profitability targets
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams on deal strategy and structuring
- Maintain and update deal desk policies, procedures, and approval matrices
- Analyze deal metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage the new partner onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources
- Act as the main point of contact for partner operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner operational processes are streamlined and efficient
- Track partner performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the Partnership Team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, partner engagement, and satisfaction
- Understand the various partner programs and be in charge of the Partner booking process
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue operations strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support the implementation and management of revenue operations tools and systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and training materials for revenue operations processes
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role; preferably in a SaaS
- Strong understanding of sales processes, deal structures, and partner management
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue operations tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial acumen is a plus
- Experience with contract negotiation and management is a plus
