About the Role
The Revenue Operations Associate is a key position at G2, responsible for driving sales growth and efficiency across the Asia Pacific region. This role requires a unique blend of analytical and business skills, leveraging data insights to identify high-potential segments and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive sales growth and adoption of G2's solutions.
- Utilize data analytics tools to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists to maximize revenue potential.
- Design and develop content assets to differentiate G2 and engage prospects.
- Analyze G2 data to identify priority prospects based on their behavior and performance.
- Lead sales and revenue operations efforts for the Asia Pacific region, including report updates, strategy development, and data support for teams.
- Contribute to G2's overall leads, opportunities, pipeline, and closed business by leveraging data insights.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics or operations, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Salesforce, Excel, Looker, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in revenue and/or sales operations, with a focus on data analysis and strategy development.
- Ability to identify high-potential segments and accounts using data insights.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Motivated and goal-oriented personality, with a self-starting attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and efficient, with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
