Regional Sales Manager- Personal/beauty/haircare- Bangalore 5+ years
Seeking an MBA professional having 5+ years of experience in sales in a professional division with Personal, beauty, hair care/FMCG, with at least 4 years as an ASM.
Location: Bangalore
Your Future Employer: Leading FMCG Client in Personal/beauty/haircare domain.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and profit targets in the region by implementing defined strategies and campaigns.
2. Build and nurture customer/client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
3. Execute action plans to enhance business productivity.
4. Develop annual and monthly sales plans for both existing and new products.
5. Manage channels and ensure adherence to market policies and scheme implementation.
6. Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Hold an MBA from a well-regarded business school.
2. Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
3. Specifically, must have at least 3 years of experience as an ASM (Area Sales Manager).
4. Additional assignments in MT (Modern Trade), E-Commerce, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing are beneficial.
5. It's advantageous for the candidate to have strong analytical skills.
