We are looking for strong and passionate leader to join the teamas Director of Presales Consulting as we scale the business and add new value to existing offerings. This person will closely partner with Sales Team, product managers and leadership to define and implement the roadmap. Will handle interaction with customers (directly as well as through customer success team) all over the globe, understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Will lead the team to success as it will directly impact sales, revenue, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction.
What youâll do- Spearhead multiple teams with the help of multi-tiered managers reporting to you
- Define a joint GTM for positioning professional services, ideating and building solutions that are accelerators and differentiators
- Drive work shops at CXO level and get the team together to do rapid prototyping
- Present and Demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to all required point-of-contacts at customerâs end.
- Be an inspiring leader for the BU, Lead the team comprising of individuals and managers who deliver high-performance web services that are adaptable to multifaceted business needs, influence ideation & outstanding problem solving
- To deliver a high-quality experience to the prospects & customers during engagement, acquisition, and on-boarding.
- Create Solution Document and Business Proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs and create quick proof-of-concepts / custom demos / integrations to help sales team negotiate contracts and drive deal closures.
- Run the numbers booking and closure, assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration with clientâs POCs, sales team, product/technology team, delivery team and partner teams, as required.
- Providing continuous feedback to product development, delivery team and sales team on new trends and solution expectation from the customer sides based on market demand and research.
- More than 18 yearsâ experience working in PreSales and Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- High degree of expertise in making presentations and proposals and contracts with good commercial sense. Showcase ability to craft a deal and structuring uniqueness
- Experience in leading and developing teams and fostering an innovative and collaborative environment on Digital Businesses Consulting
- Must have been an subject matter expert in the past along with hands-on experienced
- Knowledge & Experience in SaaS, CRM Tools, Sales & Marketing Tools, Cloud Azure and AWS would be a plus.
- Good understanding of how cloud-based platforms/applications are delivered and consumed.
- Ambitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills along with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others
