Talent Acquisition Manager


1. Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment placement for post graduate programs offered by Leadup. Define, develop and drive strategy to meet placement demand, which is aligned to program priorities.

3. Ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed.

a. Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements

b. Partnering with recruitment agencies to set the expectations as per the pool availability versus the requirement.

c. Share market insights.

4. Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process. 5. Connect with Sr. Leaders (potential hiring managers) and influence them to consider candidates from the Leadup pool

6. Hands-on with competition knowledge - what they are offering, SWOT analysis to continuously sharpen the pitch

7. Systemic Connects with all prospective candidates for placement assistance - monthly, interview scheduling till offer and placement.

8. Coordinating with the marketing team to fine-tune marketing plans related to placements.

Qualification:

- Graduate/PG - necessary

- Worked in recruitment related role

- Experience: 3 to 6 years in a headhunting agency

- Ed tech placement experience preferable

- Career Counselling advising experience around senior level placements Attitude: go getter | persistence | resilient and a continuous learner

Hygiene:

- Good written spoken English and pitching skills

- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality - Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
