**Job Title**:Talent Hunter (Exec/Manager)

**Location**:Gurugram, Mohali

As a Talent Hunter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. In addition, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. This position serves as a critical pipeline for future leadership roles within the company

**Responsibilities**:
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, job boards, and other relevant channels.

5. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

7. Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

**Experience-**

Executive role
- 1 to 3 years

Manager role
- 6+ years

**Requirements-**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience for executive role is 1 to 3 years and experience for Manager role is 6+ years.

**Salary**: ₹9,150.13 - ₹43,584.99 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
