Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition (Automotive) to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent across various functions. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategies, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a range of positions, including but not limited to technical, managerial, and executive roles.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Manage candidate pipelines efficiently, providing timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to augment talent acquisition efforts as needed.

- Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, recommending process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition marketing efforts to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce and foster an inclusive culture.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting talent across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority.

- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions within established timelines and budgets.

- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment software/tools.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to evolving business needs.

- Commitment to upholding ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
