Talent Acquisition Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities and lead all volume and senior level hiring across India.
- Ability to work with internal hiring managers, site HR and other key stakeholders to determine recruitment needs.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, direct sourcing and referrals.
- Manage the sourcing process in the identification and assessment of external talent using creative, proactive, recruitment methods.
- Build and develop a knowledge base of companies, candidates, and various industry sub-segments specific to the practice business unit.
- Proactively build a pipeline of quality candidates for the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate timely hiring and a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment lifecycle.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Partnering with the business for TA-related projects (as & when)
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment database
- Design and implement a campus recruiting strategy for ofi India.
- Partnering with Top B schools/Universities/Engineering colleges to run and execute the campus hiring.
- Anchoring the onboarding and induction of the campus hire.
- Managing the Management/ Executive trainee journey.
Key Attributes Required:
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Talent ambassador for office to share our EVP with potential candidates
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Proficient in using direct sourcing and resourceful to reach out to potential talent in the market
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
- Experience working with a diverse team and has a growth mindset
- Drives our hiring strategy (with the focus on diversity, inclusion and equity) as well as the speed to hire and onboard
- Ability to connect and influence key stakeholders work across all levels
- Experience in both volume hiring and niche sourcing.
- 4+ years of external and / or internal talent acquisition experience.
