Place Assured Consultants Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring for the position of Customer Service Associate (CSA). This is a work-from-home opportunity with 40+ vacancies available. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product/service queries.

- Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service.
