Head - Corporate Sales

Role Description : The role involves developing strategic plans to improve sales, meeting sales targets, and establishing strong relationships with key clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The Head of Corporate Sales will also be responsible for leading the negotiation of deals with clients.

Qualifications:

Education : BE / B.Tech mandatory

Experience : More than 13 years

- Strong experience in Direct Sales and B2B Corporate sales

- Sales experience in Manufacturing / Food service set up / F&B services / Facility Management / Real Estate / B2B services etc.

- Responsible for implementing an aggressive sales plan and ensuring sales quotas are met

- Seek and win profitable business contracts Country wide

- Handled Sales of more than 5 Cr. PA

- Should have handled and won large Corporate accounts

- Strong Client Management experience. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with new clients

- Follow up with clients, arrange site visits, meetings to secure the sale.

- Prepare Letter Of Intent, Proposals and Tenders

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

- Handling end to end Sales Cycle

- Client development and Retention

- Target achiever, Energetic and a go getter

- Good understanding of Bangaluru market
