- Establishing sales and revenue targets and performance reviews; train sales staff on strategic selling, needs assessment and account review/planning for products and services as per compliance set by regulatory bodies /bank
- Formulating strategies for achievement of volume and gross contribution targets from corporate salary accounts and built detailed B2B sales plans in line with the budgets.
- Supervising regular salary credits in all the salary accounts sourced with a minimum salary threshold & product mix by the Bank.
- Developed an annual business plan that targeted salaries customers
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
- Monitoring book growth on fortnightly basis for inflow & outflow
