Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants and deliver for the client
  • Support and Manage System testing, as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post Production phase.
  • Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
  • Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Must have Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+  years of experience in ITSM
  • The ServiceNow Detect to Correct team put its effort towards developing a robust Incident, Problem and Change process within ServiceNow.
  • It obviously cannot do that alone, so the team works very closely with our stakeholders and process owners.

As a ServiceNow Developer, your main activities are

  • Developing in ServiceNow IT Service Management Modules as Incident Management, Event Management, Problem Management and Change Management
  • Operational Support: advising, analyzing and developing complex solutions to daily questions and requests.
  • Implementation; You are the linking pin to customers regarding the ServiceNow products and identify needs for adjustments and discuss the possibilities with the ServiceNow blocks to meet them, You will work on IT solutions to ensure that customer and banking systems are aligned. 
  • * Service You can handle incoming service requests and/or Incidents to your Team. You coordinate, advise and provide information to the customer and any internal parties involved about the progress and realization of the solution.  You record the customer questions in the appropriate systems to get a picture of the types of requests, to monitor progress, to identify trends and to record solutions.  .  

Nice to Have skills

  • Certification in ITOM (Event Management)
  • Agile/ DevOps way of working
