Total Rewards - APAC - Medtech Global MNC
Seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional for a leading MedTech MNC, responsible for developing and managing competitive total rewards programs to support organizational objectives in APAC region.
Our client is a leading multinational organization in the MedTech industry, dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive C&B strategies tailored to the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market best practices.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits offerings across APAC markets.
- Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and employee benefits to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus payouts, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on compensation matters, including job evaluations, offer negotiations, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize C&B programs and processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits roles, with at least 4+ years of experience in consulting organizations
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations across APAC countries, with demonstrated experience in managing C&B programs for diverse markets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform financial analysis, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
