The Specialist, Global Marketing Automation Ops for Cytiva is is part of the Global marketing team located in Bangalore and will be Hybrid in nature. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Assist standard daily admin processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Marketo platform inclusive of field management and data management.Â
Assist existing platform integrations and respond to user requests for operational adaptation in a timely manner.Â
Help to maintain user permissions and access controls to safeguard data and system functionality. Provide support in managing general Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) demands, ensuring seamless functionality between the two systems.Â
Assist in ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained.Â
Assist in campaign management, including the setup and maintenance of marketing campaign structure and attributes.
Who you are:
Experience within Marketo administration and campaign execution.Â
Capable of project-managing multiple priorities while staying on top of timely communications with stakeholders.Â
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.Â
Possesses creative problem troubleshooting skills (e.g. reproducing error scenarios, investigation, and exercising solutions).
Willing to adjust some working hours to align with European partners.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
CSS, HTML, Javascript, Python, MySQL
Agile framework
Salesforce (SFDC), Sitecore Content Management , Hybris Product Information ManagementÂ
Kapost content operations software
